Why the answer is always the same

Whatever address you type, this page says a mail is on its way. It cannot tell you whether an address has an account here — otherwise anyone could use this form to find out who our customers are.

Check the spam folder first, then the spelling. If the account is under a different address, write to us — we answer within one working day. You can also start a new trial if you never finished signing up.

That link no longer works
